What are the best places to finish Shadow Pupil, Blood Hand, Blood Priest, and Tarnished Spirit bestiary?

Where are the best place to kill these monsters during rapid respawn? I know that Tarnished Spirit, Blood Hand, Blood Priest and Shadow Pupil are in Drefia but what is the best route to kill them fast?

I would recommend completing these during Rapid Respawn.

The answer might be the depths of Drefia, away from the city of Darashia. Most of the creatures you mentioned are only located on this place. You might find some Blood Priests in the Old Forstress aswell.
