Can you fish twice the same bottle in roshamuul?

I'm trying to get the 11 bottles of Roshamuul but I started years ago. I had 2 though I don't remember which ones so I just started fishing them all. For some reason it became impossible to fish the one in the entrance now. I tried with 3 level 8s and they got it in under a minute. I have been fishing it with my main character over 10 minutes and haven't got it yet which made me wonder that it is possible that I already had this one and cant fish it again.

The same bottle cannot be fished out again. If you can't pick up a bottle for a long time, it looks like you've picked up those bottles. Unfortunately, there is no message about the retrieved bottle, so in this case you have to try several times, sometimes it takes a long time. If you tried to fish for 10 minutes, you must have caught it before.

If your fishing skill is not very high you can actually figure out if you got the bottle or not. Your fishing skill only goes up if you have not fished that bottle. So, if the skill is not going up, that means you've already fished it.
