Is Flower Month the only chance to receive flowers?

Question

I know that with the Flower Month event it is possible to obtain several flowers once a year, however my curiosity is whether this event is the only way to obtain the flowers. Do you have to wait all year to get them? Is there another way to get the flowers?

Yes, it's possible to obtain whole year! Bounac island have daily spawn with one flower pot. It works as other flower pots from Flower Month / Dryad Event.  So you don't need to wait whole year to make achievements and flowers :)

There's a mini world change called Thawing where sometimes there are Ice Flowers in Svargrond that can be harvested. According to Tibia Wiki - Mini World Changes, there's a 20% chance of this event occurring any time of the year.

You harvest Ice Flowers until you get Ice Flower Seeds in which if you use an empty flower pot you get to grow a winterblossom plant or if you use it on another flower pot that plant will not need to be watered anymore and will not wither in your house, backpack, depot, or anywhere for that matter.

The plants you can get from exchanging an empty flower pot + 5 seeds with during Flower Month (June) is:

dryad's heart flower

lizard tongue plant

midnight bloom flower

ember queen flower

finger snapper plant

fairy dancer flower
