What are the achievements linked to marriage and how to get them?

I know there are around 3 achievements linked to marriage and divorce, which ones can I get by either getting married or getting divorced? and how do I get them?

There are three achievements related to marriage. In total you can collect 5 achievement points.

Heartbreaker - While married, say marriage to one of the Marriage Officiant NPCs and tell them that your heart belongs to someone other than your marriage partner five times. (1 achievement point)

Commitment Phobic - Obtainable by getting a divorce 3 times. Note: You have to file for divorce yourself in order to obtain the achievement. (2 achievement points)

The Day After - Obtainable by getting married while being drunk. Note that you must be drunk during the entire ceremony, and you got to be the second player saying 'hi' to the NPC in order to get the achievement. (2 achievement points)
