Can I still get achievement The More the Merrier?

I am finding little bit contradicting statements as in:

However, it can inexplicably still be earned by anyone willing to satisfy the requirements (albeit to no effect).

And then that the achievement has been removed: 

Upon earning the full outfit, players used to earn the achievement The More the Merrier. However, this achievement was removed from the game

I have the full Recruiter outfit since November 2016 and I never obtained the "The more the merrier" on my account. This achievement cannot be obtained anymore and shouldn't be showing on character's pages however looks like Cipsoft fixed it like they said they would in this newsticker.

"On Sep 15, 2015- With today's server save, the achievement "The more the merrier" does not yield achievement points anymore. Also, it cannot be obtained anymore. It can still be shown on character pages for now but it will be removed completely at a later date."

Here's proof they fixed it on this character auction, it was listed on the auction but now it disappeared and says "No achievements"

In the past, It said this particular player has 32 achievement points and he's from August 2014, so it fits the timeline perfectly. The More the Merrier achievement is 0 points if you calculate all the other achievement points together which I did using the achievement list from Tibiopedia. So it's true, you get no points for this achievement.

Why doesn't the Recruiter Outfit show up in his outfits? The outfit is account-based and not character-based so it shouldn't be transferred during a character auction. I also know of some players who had their recruiter outfit "reversed" due to nonpayments. I reported this to Tibia in a ticket originally before it was fixed, this is what they said-

"I've forwarded your information to our development team. If it turns out to be a game error, we will take care of this issue as soon as possible. However, please be patient as it may take some time to identify the exact problem and to implement an appropriate fix. Once again, thanks for your time and effort for bringing this to our attention and to help improve our game to make it a more fun and better place to be. We really appreciate it."

The character auction this post links to for proof now says "no achievements". I guess CipSoft eventually got  around to fixing it after all :)

I wonder if it displays for his account still and not the new owners account because it was an account-based achievement. So they either corrected it where it doesn't show in character auctions and still on someone's account. Or they got rid of the achievement completely.
