When the guild gets disbanded, is it done instantly or after server save?

I do not mean the situation where there are no enough vice leaders, because in that case there are few days notice before guild gets disbanded.

I mean when leader of the guild decides to disband it, is it done instantly or after server save? Are there any notices to guild members beforehand?

It gets done instantly, you don't have to wait until server save. Also that means you won't have a chance to change your mind, once it's done, it's done.
