How long does it take the cake bridge to be built in the Piece of Cake event?

During the second stage for the Piece of Cake event the bridge is supposed to appear but it's not built yet and I know we're on the second stage because we reached the correct amount of cake golems etc. How long does it take to be built?

I believe it is 1 hour, because according to tibia fandom: "every hour the server will check if all the sugary substances and base material have been delivered. If so, the bridge south of Cormaya will be built and the second stage will begin."

According to both TibiaWiki and TibiaWikiBr, every hour the server will check if enough cake golems were lured into the machines and if they were, it will build the bridge. The timing might sound confusing because we don't know exactly when the "every hour" part is due, and its not dependent on when the cake golem task was completed but when the server is checking if the conditions were met.
