Is it worth buying the hireling cooker?

In my server the TC are in 15k each one, and the dishes of mana/hp refils are aroung 400-800k.

Is the chance, of getting the good dishes of the hireling cooker, high enought to worth the expense of 900tc on it?

To be completely honest the mana and health food from the hireling is not that great compared to the "real" food from the quest. It only restores 30% of your hp/mana. Possibly useful for high level mages during hunts but really trash during pvp situations to rely on. Granted it doesn't share cooldown with the other food it can make you last just a little bit longer but very unlikely to save your life in a clutch situation.

If you can afford it, go for it. But it's just a bonus, nothing to rely on.

Don't believe it worth cuz the good foods now aren't so good, 30% of life and mana won´t save you.

So I just did a test myself (I didn't buy the hireling... used a friend's )

I did 33 dishes: So I spent 495k in total (+900TC if I had bought the NPC, but lets forget about it).

Only made to do 7 dishes to raise mana, and 6 of hp (30% each): So every one of these would be 38k

So far 'pot of blackjack': which is over 300-400k on my server, can be used 3 times and heals me almost completely, is way better and cheaper than the hp one.

So... conclusions: I'm not buying it. You will probably profit with them if you are continuously in war, and even then I doubt any of them would save you from dying.

I really would only buy it among a full guild or a group of friends. Otherwise I really think it is over overrated.

I Must say that right now I find super useful the mlvl good from the hireling, because i get It cheaper than the Hot cuisine one. But still would buy It for one person use, only if it is going to be used by several

Hirelings are good for having a BANK in your house/GH imho. The cooking addon for the hireling its hit or miss. Maybe for a new server not and older server.

Servers that have yet to do the Cooking event or have a low population or even a RHPVP server it maybe be good for you because of the food buffs in PVP situations.

Also on an older server you can get the trader addon which allows you to buy runes and such and it does make a big difference when you are hunting and restocking at your house.
