Where can I find the treasure chest?

There are several different treasure chests within the game- most of them designed to match the boss theme. I am looking for the chest which looks as follows:

This Similar Treasure Chest can be found in the reward room of the First Dragon Lair. (Part of the First Dragon Quest.)

It looks like the Sprite in the original question is slightly different unless it changes. The original sprite has some yellow trim that is not in your image. Also, your image has yellow on the side of the chest. They are very similar though.

According to Tibia.Fandom this item for now is unobtainable.

Maybe with time someone will discover this item in the game in an unknown for now quest.

The second option is that Cipsoft created this item, implemented to the game, but used it after cosmetic changes in its appearance.
