Where are all the places where the boss Grorlam can be found?

Question

This is a classic boss from Tibia, and spawns only near Thais. And I want to know the exactly locations of where he appears!

Grorlam

It is not possible to block the respawn of this creature. Grorlam fights to death in hand-to-hand combat. It is often cured. This creature makes rare invasions in the city of Thais. Since the Christmas Update 2007 he can see Invisibility and is stronger against physical attacks.

Deep in Mount Sternum / Cave of the Living Dead, in an empty cave:

A pickaxe is needed to enter these caves.

I can confirm it. Leaked files also list 5 locations along with coordinates.

Just follow the images, you will need a pick and rope (Whacking Driller of Fate, Squeezing Gear of Girlpower or Sneaky Stabber of Eliteness works), I hope that helps.
