Could somebody explain to me how does the defense system of elements work (physical, ice, fire...). For example I hunt with:

Zaoan Helmet (5% physical protection)
Foxtail amulet (5% physical protection)
Prismatic armor (5% physical protection)
Prismatic legs (3% physical protection)
Guardian Boots (2% physical protection)

What is the effective protection against physical attacks that I have?
