Are the rewards for Hunting Points tasks character bound?

I was wondering when I exchange my hunting task points for a reward, is this reward character bounded or can I trade them somehow to other players ?

Yes all hunting task rewards are character bound including the mount and outfit. All of the decorative items go to your store inbox, which as you know is character-bound. This is also confirmed in an Official CM reply
