Does anyone know if the small boat on the new island of test server is for any quest?

Question

when you get to the new island from the winter update there is a boat >>>>>/\ north east from the entry  and every time I used it the following message is ''The small boat has a leak, you can't use it.''

Is it part of some quest?

Is this just in test servere? If not can you please edit your question to reflect present times as test server is short term

This boat is where you return after the journey mission. The way off the treasure island after the Journey is meant to be 1-way and I believe this 'leak' is just to indicate there is not a shortcut to get back (that the boat you used to return was damaged and has a leak when you came to shore) and you will need to complete the Journey again.
