Pretty much just like the main question. How to obtain a Jungle Quiver? It's loot from a boss or a reward from a quest?

I completed the quest today and didn't get it, so it's pretty much possible that it's loot from Ratmiral

It is dropped by Ratmiral Blackwhiskers, one of the new bosses from the Pirats tail questline.

I can personally confirm it, because I actually looted the item from the boss on my first attempt killing him. But haven't looted one since. 

09:05 You see a jungle quiver (Vol:8).

It can only be wielded properly by paladins of level 150 or higher.

It weighs 638.00 oz.

Sadly I didn't think of screenshotting it when I looted it, was just excited we killed it and quickly took everything from the body. But i can provide a screenshot of it in my bp :P

I believe that all parts of the jungle set drop of the boss Ratmiral Blackwhiskers since in my world it seems that they dropped his Make-Do Boots
