I have a lot of characters and setting up everything from scrach every time is really annoying. I would like to have it set across all characters.

It would be sorta annoying legwork, but essentially to copy one loot list from one character to another:

Log in to your alt characters first, Go search gold coin (or whatever item) in your cyclopedia and add/remove a tick to the loot list (to force it to save a copy). Once you've done that on all the characters receiving the loot list, log in to the character of which you want to copy the loot list. Do the gold coin thing again and set a tick. You'll then want to close and exit the client and open file explorer and go to %localappdata%\Tibia\packages\Tibia\characterdata and you should see a bunch of numerical numbered folders. Then in the searchbar type lootBlackWhite and you should now see less files, basically one for each of your characters. If they aren't sorted by most recently edited do so and the most recently edited one is your main character. Then open the lootBlackWhite.json into notepad of your first character, copy all that text, close it, then open the next one in your list for your next character, delete all the existing text and replace with pasting all the info from the first .json and save and close it.

First step- you have to find out your Character ID’s - the one which you want to copy from the list (X) & the one which you want to paste the list(Z). Please follow the instructions from TibiaQa post: https://www.tibiaqa.com/21440/it-is-possible-to-know-the-number-of-your-character?show=21440#q21440.

To change the files please open Windows explorer and put this path in it %LOCALAPPDATA% Tibia packages Tibia characterdata, now is the most tricky part, you have to figure out your character ID, usually they are sorted after the creation time, if you create one for few years ago he will have lower number than a character you created few days ago. If you followed first step you will already know your character ID. The Characters folders only exists if you once login on this character with Tibia Client. After it simply copy paste there a file from Character X to Character Z or edit the lootBlackWhitelist.json.

TibiaCharacterdata- folders will contain files for every character specific setting (e.g. loot black/white list, item track list, sidebar positions for backpacks & hunt analyser windows etc.)
