Where can I kill Huskies and not get penalty?

Question

I want to do the Husky bestiary, but I know if I kill them I get a penalty and has to pay Svargrond a fee.

Is there some place that I can kill the Huskies and not get the penalty fee or will I just need to pay the price? So to speak ;P

Yes, there is a way to kill the Huskies without pay any Fee and it is in Nibelor, there can be found around 5 Huskies:

The marks on the map are the locations I found Huskies.

And as a weird fact, when you kill them, they don't appears in you Hunt Analyser, but they counts for your bestiary, it tooks me like 15 min in normal day to finish it!
