What is the purpose of Tibia's 20th Anniversary broken equipment items?

What are those items used for? Can you somehow "repair" them with a chance for the "real" item?

Rusty Winged Helmet
Filthy Bunnyslippers
Tatty Dragon Scale Legs

Off topic but worth registering: One thing that amazes me is the fact that these candy and chocolate gear isn't eatable at all...
