What's a good hometown for a free account that just participates in events?

Hello, I have a secondary free account that participates in events or world quests. I know events occur in different cities, so it's hard to pick just one. However, out of all the hometown or city choices, what would be best to make it easier on me for the sake of transportation during these events?

You can choose between Venore and Thais based on what events you plan on doing. The big ones i can think will be near those two places.

Advantages of Venore:
- Rise of Devovorga: you will most likely go for the POH boss (from level 20-40)
- Lightbearer: also POH (although some people would rather go for the basin in Kazz)
- Demon Lullaby: the demon mother will be in the middle of the desert
- Bewitched: on the swamps to the north

Advantages of Thais:
- It is still somewhat close to the events mentioned earlier except Bewitched.
- Orcsoberfest: the portal to the event is right outside the city
- Tibia Anniversary: pinnata dragons will spawn around the city
- A Pirate's Death to Me: near the lighthouse

ah yes.. dont forget about the colours of magic event too! both the towns thais and venore have a rep there :)
