Are store exercise dummies affected during double skill events?

Question

I know the store exercise dummies are 10% more effective rather than the ones at training schools. I'm wondering if it's 20% instead of 10% during double xp/skill events?

hey guys someone told me this was changed like 1 year ago and im not really sure if it's true but I feel like I have read it already before, so can someone confirm me if the answer to this question is still true?

Using math you can see that while you definitely are gaining skills faster on a private dummy, the actual difference in gains remains 10%

Normal

110% training (private dummy)  vs. 100% training (public dummy) 110/100 = 1.1

Double skill

220% training (private dummy) vs. 200% training (public dummy) 220/200 = 1.1

So effectively the % difference between the two remains the same, even though training on a private dummy is much more effective

Yes the difference between the two is a 10% difference when compared between the two but when comparing the event/private dummy to the normal/public dummy, you will see a difference in math.  Also, regardless, the skill WILL grow 20% faster when using a private dummy during an event.
