How to get to "PoI" Fire Shrine?

A small rocky platform near the Pits of Inferno, Island of Destiny (sorcerer's hut roof), deep below Thais, east of Beregar (near NPC Pyromental).

I've found there's multiple Shrines and i'd like to know how to get into the fire shrine close to PoI.

In every big city you can find elemental portals. Each of them leads you randomly to the one of two shrines: the one near POI and the one under the Thais.

So all you have to do is to enter the portal as many times as you finally appear on expected place.

I appeared near POI on the first try, so I guess that chances are 50/50.
