How long does the access made for the minibosses of the Heart of Destruction Quest last?

I mean, if I do the access of the boss in Ankrahmun Anomaly, but I do not enter the Boss room, do I keep this access made for another day?

The answer is NO. Once the server save occur you must do access to he boss again.

Sure, once you didn't enter the boss room the access remain until the server save.

For this kind of access, you need to do it everyday you want to fight in the boss room and only once per day. So, in the case you exxplained, you would need to do again the access.
