How do you get a Seal of Quality?

Seal of Quality I've heard this is a new item, I don't know if anyone owns it quite but it looks really interesting! Any idea on how to get this item?

It was awarded by a CM as a token of gratitude for valuable feedback, it is classified under 'Contest Prizes', therefore, probably not an obtainable item unless gifted by a CM or a CipSoft member as of now.

Here's an official CM response- "The Seal of Quality is given by us CMs if the opportunity calls for it; we do not have a list of checkboxes which need to be ticked off in order for it to be awarded"
