Are creatures still counted towards your bestiary when your stamina is below 14 hours?

I've heard anything under 14 hours of stamina is just not worth being online. However, when it comes to completing your bestiary, does it still count creatures? I've personally never been near this number so I have no idea and am just curious thank you.

Yes i had a friend who still hunt below 13 hours, he would insist to pay my waste to keep leveling he was crazy, but i learned something you wont get any loot and half of experience but the bestiary still counts.
