How many spawn locations does Xenia have?

Question

Xenia is a boss of Amazons. We can find her in the biggest Amazon Camp north-west from Venore on -1 level. Exact location is visible on the screenshot below:

Recently I found an interesting screenshot, where boss is one level below, next to the mummys.

Does anyone know if it's a bug or second respawn place?

Have you ever met Xenia there?

According with Xenia (Fandom Br) and Xenia (Fandom English), it dont show any respawn on the floor of Undeads. I think is a bug. 

Why is a bug?

Sometime when a creature/boss respawn and the the SQM where it gonna spaw have a player on it or other creature the creature/boss appear right on the next SQM in any direction, so maybe this new SQM was on stair and it appear down, rarely but possible.
