Can Demodras really appear in Venore Dragon Lair and Darashia Dragon Lair?

It is said in both Tibia Wiki and Tibia Fandom that Demodras can appear in both Darashia and Venore. I've also heard "people who heard from people" that claimed to have killed on both these locations. However, I cannot find any screenshots or videos on that. Can it really appear in Darashia and Venore Dlairs?

The spawn of Venore have videos like this Demodras Venore or Demodras Venore.

The spawn of Darashia can't find nothing like video or image.

There's an old report on PortalTibia that says Demodras was spotted in POH, Secura in 2015

Unfortunatelly the screenshot was erased. But searching in google images the same topic on PortalTIbia the screenshot still appears but pretty small:

Hello,
It is found in PoH Dlair with certain frequency. I know that "Venore Dlair" can be ambiguous, as both Venore, PoH and PoI technically are venorean dlairs. However, I mean to ask the dlair closest to the city, not the one in PoH.
