How to receive the achievement "Castlemania"?

Recently I've finished the Vampire Hunter Quest and for my surprise when I got the Blood Skull I didn't receive the achievement "Castlemania". What are all requirements to receive this achievement?

Acording to tibia royal you need to complete blood brothers quest and mark the 8 places that julius tells you also completing Vampire hunter quest picking up the blood skull and the blood goblet and returning all the pages of the diary

Also remember to give the 6 part of the diary 
After receiving the first part of the diary, Julius would like you to bring him any other missing diary pages you might find so that he can piece together the entire story. He will give you 1000 experience points for each of the six diary pages you can find hidden inside several containers throughout the castle. Doing this is not required in order to be able to complete the quest, but it is one of the requirements for the Castelmania achivement
