Can I transfer or refund exercise dummy?

Hello,

Today I bought by accident exercise dummy, but i can't use it, because i have no my own house (I planned to put it in my friend's house).
Question is :
1) Is there a chance to get a refund for exercise doll?
2) Is there a possibility to transfer my exercise doll to another character? For example - i put my doll in house, then transfer a house to another character. Will it stay in house or it will be sent back to Depot/Store Stash?

You cannot transfer the exercise dummy but typically you have 14 days to refund it. You can do this by opening a support ticket with CIP.

"Only services can be refunded which have not been used!
How do I get a refund?

• Log into your account and open a support ticket 
• Include the name of your character and the invoice number (order reference number) to verify the payment 

We reserve the right to accept refunds only in the first 14 days after the payment has been made."
