Why am I seeing this page recently for the Tibia website that says,
"Checking your browser before accessing tibia.com. This process is automatic. Your browser will redirect to your requested content shortly. Please allow up to 5 seconds…" When I click login? I don't remember seeing this screen before so I'm curious.  This is the picture I'm getting-

But how Tibia client and reinstalling it would be related to the checking our browser while visiting Tibia.com. In my opinion it is simply way to protect official Tibia website from DDoS attacks or hack. I'm not sure, so I didn't write it as an answer but I don't think that it's a bug. It seems to be intentional.

i convert my answer into a comment because i misunderstood the question, i used to have a bug that opened tibia.com when i log in and that message apear indeed you are right you should answer that because its what it is a protection from DDoS attacks only ddos attack not hacks, hacks have nothing to do with it and that message wont protect you or anyone from it.

I made some reaserch and my guess was true, it is kind of DDoS protection.

Most Denial-Of-Service (DOS) attacks rely on some asymmetry between the resources involved on attacker side and on target side. In other words, to be successful, a DOS needs an action to require very few resources client-side (so the each clients can send a lot of requests) while involving larger resources server-side (so the server(s) will be unable to handle the load).

Due to this, DDOS attacks (the "Distributed" version of DOS attacks) are obviously not engaged by real humans clicking on links in a browser tab, but by bots sending massive amount of parallel requests to the target. The consequence of this is that the DDOS "client" is not a real browser, but a tool which may more-or-less simulate one.
