Does the time of Diamond Arrows and Spectral Bolts still count when I'm offline?

When i make these arrows and bolts, they lasts 60 minutes, but if I'm offline, this time still counts? Or only counts when I'm online?

You are being too nice ^^ This should be an answer at this point since it is awhile from the update, and it is far away from the edit- your answer is contradicting, not event related to his answer much at the moment:) you can given 24 hrs for him/her to update his answer always, as you are “Poking” it needs update.

Diamond Arrows and Spectral Bolts now cannot expire due to Vocation Adjustments on November 23, 2020. Before the update, this ammunition would expire and the offline time would still be counted because it didn't matter if you were online or offline.

and it is kinda hilarious, because the cooldown to make them again, does't pass when you are off.
