I've seen players organising lotteries on my world board where people buy tickets and have a chance to win some nice items. Can I hold a lottery too? How to make sure that the lottery is fair and goes smooth?

Lottery tools are to ensure that the chosen players are really random and not something that you have impacted in any way. Head over to Tibiopedia.pl and create a lottery there. You do need to have an account there to create a lottery. Make sure to remember the password in case you want to end the lottery earlier. Set the draw date to a date far away in the future. You will also need to provide a number of available tickets. From my understanding, you cannot edit your lottery once placed so make sure everything is accurate before you press submit. You can always cancel it and start a new lottery.

You also need to announce your lottery to the players - this will usually be your world board, unless you are not making a lottery for the whole world to participate (if that's the case, announce it in any other, suitable way). There are a few things that the announcement should contain:

You also can keep people up to date and use a random number generator online to generate the results, preferably live-streaming the moment you get the lucky number.
