If a fansite leaves before fansite appreciation day is their item still in the lottery?

I noticed fansite appreciation day should be coming up shortly and a fansite left the program. Will their fansite item still be added to the lottery or is it only for active fansites? Additionally, if their item is added to the lottery how long does a fansite need to be closed to not have their item added to the lottery?

As a Fansite Admin, I can say that all the fansites that were active in the past year will have their fansite items on the Lottery. This can change in the future if Cipsoft changes something.

Fansites that their fansite items are on the lottery, but they are not supported anymore (so, it's the last time their items will be obtainable):

As the lottery was just released, the short answer is: yes (for now). There are at least two fansites that are no longer active that have their item on display for the lottery.
