Why does Tibia sometimes not let me take a screenshot in a certain moment?

Today I wanted make a screenshot of all my screen to answer a question posted in Tibia QA, but when I tried it doesnt work.

I was trying to capture the shopping menu with a shooping bag, but it wouldn't let me do it, I already have a hotckey configured and the full screen menu.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

What exactly happens? It won't even take a picture? Or does it appear black?

It doesnt take the picture, but is only in that occasion its really weird.

Unfortunately, I noticed this problem before, when I wanted to assign a key to an item with an action bar. I just checked some options using the right mouse button and unfortunately I can't take a screenshot. I use a Clasic controls loot:right - it might matter.
