For an example, when Oberon or Faceless Bane are imortal, we can still damage them, but they will regenerate.

Does this damage count when deciding who dealt most damage and to loot?

I'm rather sure, that damage we are trying to deal when boss is immortal doesn't count, because as "damage" we can understand ammount of hit points that boss lost due to our attack and when boss is immortal, he doesn't loose HP. I'm not so sure what's about damage dealt by the boss. I just suppose that immortal stages of every boss works like in case of Zushuka or Shlorg - they are different creatures while they're immortal so whole prticipation during this stage doesn't count.

I would say it does, i dont have a way to prove it tho, but people used to "farm" gazharagoth with energy bombs, etc, and even when it healed back they wuld get some loot, so it may work the same way..

Gaz'haragoth isn't a good example, since he has no immortal stage, so people easily make their participation bigger.
