Is is possible to obtain it from a creature or a respawn?

It weighs 0.60 oz.
Someone's guidebook. It looks rather used and seems to have been read many times.

I never saw that book before, but i found this information from Tibia.Wiki:

This item's name and category (Creature Product) suggest it was meant to be dropped by 

Misguided Bully and  Misguided Thief which drop no creature product and were implemented on the same update as guidebook. This is believed to be an Unobtainable Item.

I will search a bit more information and edit my answer later, in case I find something about how to obtain it!
