What special items can you loot only from the raids during Kingsday mini world change and what are the chances?

It's Kingsday currently in my world and I know there's some special loot that you can only obtain during this mini world change. I believe it's rare decoration items that you can hang on the wall, but what I'm most interested in is how often can I loot them? If you don't know the rarity maybe you could tell me your personal experience and how long it typically takes to loot them. Thank you in advance.

I think this item is called Party Lampion (Red and Green) I Heard its lootable from arena but sadly in around 20 tries I didnt loot that :D

During the Mini World Change Kingsday, you will be able to defeat every hour some raids at the Knights' Guild Arena Here: 

• The king's mages have summoned some creatures from the tombs in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Larvae, Scarabs, Ghouls, Mummys, Crypt Shamblers, Gargoyles.

• The king's mages have summoned some goblins in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Goblins, Goblin Scavengers, Goblin Assassins, Goblin Leaders.

• The king's mages have summoned some creatures from the Tiquanda jungle in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Terramites, Wasps, Centipedes, Carniphilas, Slimes.

• The king's mages have summoned some dragons in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Dragons, Dragon Hatchlings.

• The king's mages have summoned some dragon lords in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Dragon Lords, Dragon Lord Hatchlings.

• The king's mages have summoned some frost dragons in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Frost Dragons, Frost Dragon Hatchlings.

• The king's mages have summoned some lizards in the knights arena for your enjoyment. — Low Class Lizards.

• The king's mages have summoned some minotaurs in the knights arena for you enjoyment. — Minotaurs, Minotaur Archers, Minotaur Mages, Minotaur Guards.

From those raids It is possible to loot:  Party Lampions Green and  Party Lampions Red, Party Wall Tinsels and Party Wall Snakes.

About the average of loot I couldn't find any certain % of it, in my opinión those items are really hard to get.
