What is this item with yellow effect?

Recently I was looking through the houses and I was interested in one object - the one at the bottom with a yellow effect. what is this?

Yesterday I went through that house and saw the same item, I was wondering the same so I was looking for it and I think it is this:

You see a filled cup.
It weighs 2.00 oz.
The blend inside smells as if a dead green fairy had been dropped in it.

This item is a filled cup, a quest item temporarily obtained in the Upper Roshamuul quest during the Cup of Tea mission. You can repeat the mission several times for rewards, but each time your cup disappears, so as far as I know you can only get 1 of this item. Writing this made me curious, so I will try to restart the mission without giving away the cup and let you know if I succeed :)
