What are some items that when used can't turn back to their original version?

According to the related answer, I wonder if there are other items that after we use them they change their appearance for good and can't go back to their first version?

Here is some I know of:

•  Devourer Core (will turn burnt out)
•  White Raven (will become a furniture kit, which cannot be sold in market)
•  Black Raven (will become a furniture kit, which cannot be sold in market)
•  Grey Raven (will become a furniture kit, which cannot be sold in market)
• Christmas Tree Package, once you turn it into a tree, you cannot turn it back into a package.
