For Cipsoft their major focus lately has been to make sure the economy in Tibia is fixed. There's a lot of gold income and not a lot of ways to spend money, so they think. So that's why they increased the price of runes and potions, reworking creatures and hunting locations (experience and loot) and especially rent. Rent hasn't been increased since 2019 and I know they notified us well in advance. But I can say that Cipsoft is still evaluating and making sure everything matches to their goals on improving Tibia's economy. Your best bet is to always keep up to date on the news with the Tibia's website: https://www.tibia.com/news/?subtopic=latestnews Changes can often be unpredictable and can happen at any moment so be careful and make sure you know what's going on. I wanted to share with you posts from 2019 regarding the rent price increase just so you can see where Tibia was at that moment.
On Jan 2019 here's a post by Mirade:
The new rents are reflecting the status quo. Should we ever plan to significantly adjust rents again, we will assess the situation at that point of time and might choose a different approach if we consider it necessary. However, this is hypothetically speaking since there are no plans at the moment for another significant rent adjustment in the near future.

Below is a quote of a concerned player in the same very thread. They wanted to know what will happen for the future. As address in the reply Cipsoft had advised us they keep an eye on data and feedback. Please note this quote if from Feb 2019:
>However, this is hypothetically speaking
> since there are no plans at the moment for another
> significant rent adjustment in the near future."
The comment you quoted referred to a question about future rent changes/recalculations independent from the one that we have announced.
Speaking of the planned rent increase: Of course, we still collect feedback and talk about it internally. We'll also continue to keep a close eye on the situation, the feedback and our data. After the recent adjustment for which we considered all info we had gathered, another adjustment is unlikely at the moment.
