What will happen to the owner of a merged house?

Hello Dear Tibians!

Recently CIP has anouce that will merge some small houses around the Tibia, how can I know if my house will be merged? What will happen to the players that own these houses? The number os beds will be the sum of the number of beds from the two houses?

The website's housing section shows houses which will be vacated as "scheduled for renovation". Any items left in them will be moved automatically to their owner's depot's inbox.

Actually the owners will lose his house but this is a very low % since some statistics made this affects to very low amount of people since only the  2.01% of those houses are owned.
