How does the double daily month work?

Based in the answer related, someone knows¿How the Doudle Daily Reward Month works?

That double reward is for all players? or for the players that has been taking the Daily Reward for long?

What means "The symbol of a golden sun welcomes you with bright and magnificent rays whenever you visit the shrine?" Actually that never happens to me XD

The event works as his name states: double reward.

What does it means? Means if you would get 30 min exp boost, you will now get 60 min exp boost. If you would get 10 ultimate manas, now you will get 20 ultimate manas, as simple as that, every reward is multiplied by 2.

It works for all players, and not just for players who been picking it for a "long time"

The streak bonus is not doubled, just the items/boost from daily picking.
