How far can we hear monster's sounds?

Related to answer about distance between whisper and yell I want to know what is the distance of monster's sound? 

How far can we hear monsters? 

Does every sounds has the same distance?

I can tell you, in the times of old, monsters and players used the have the same ranges for speaking normally and YELLING. So that would be 30 SQM in any direction, and any floor unless underground.

In Tibia, some creatures can be identified by the sounds that they make, even if they are not on your screen, or if they are in the darkness of a cave. Some sounds that creatures make can be heard over long distances.

Like we can hear Midnight panthera from Asuras palace spawn spot when she is on first spawn. Like that i catch my first panthera.
