Where can I find dwarven pickaxe?

Dwarven pickaxe can be obtained from Explorer Society Quest. My friends told me that dwarven pickaxe  also spawn in deeper mines.

My question is:

Where exactly is spawn of dwarven pickaxe?

There are various spawns, for example, here, here, here, here, here, here, here or here . 

NOTE: Dwarven Pickaxes cannot be used to open holes (you cannot use it).

NOTE²: It looks the same as a Thawing Ice Pick and an Ice Pick.
