What does the message "water is about to become dirty" mean in Twisted waters world change?

Question

I check twisted waters very often because I want to get achievement. Usually the lake is just clean or dirty, but today I saw the message that "Corpses are pilling up in the great lake near Port Hope and the water is about to become a dirty".  What does it actually mean? Usually when the lake is "dirty" and the fish is caught around 15:00, and checking yesterday at 14:00 I got this message.

Please change your question a little because you wrote it wrong. You shouldn't start with which.

If you ask a guide about Twisted Waters he/she will tell you: 

• If there are not enough corpses in the lake: "The great lake near Port Hope is clean." 
• If there are enough corpses in the lake: "Corpses are piling up in the great lake near Port Hope and the water is about to become dirty". 
• If the lake is dirty right now (i.e. enough corpses deposited yesterday): "The great lake near Port Hope is dirty. Shimmer swimmers can be seen under the surface."

If enough corpses are dumped into the lake, it will turn dirty by the next day and the Shimmer Swimmer will appear in the lake and you might be able to catch one!

It means that with the next server save lake will be dirty.

I'm not sure about what you wrote, because on my server the day before the lake was also dirty. I also heard another possibility, but I will wait for more  replies.

What  aneg351 said is essentially correct. To directly answer the example you have given, what has happened is the Lake is dirty, you have caught a Shimmer Swimmer. Enough People have caught Shimmer Swimmers that day to purify the Lake. Then in between that time and when you checked again enough corpses have been placed in the Lake to make it ready to be 'dirty' again on the next server save

I heard that this message also appears when the previous day 50 fish weren't caught, but I'm waiting for someone to confirm it to me.

in my experience if not enough Shimmer Swimmers are caught the previous day, the message just continues to say  that "The great lake near Port Hope is dirty. Shimmer swimmers can be seen under the surface."
