Can you get more than one Blood Herb without buying it?

Question

Ive noticed that during the Bored Mini World Change people try to get the Torn Teddy using multiple Blood Herbs. Is there some way to get more of these or are people simply buying them in market or using multiple alts to obtain them?

Blood herbs can only be obtained from the dead tree in venore swamps. Once per character. So if you want to get a torn teddy and your first herb does not succeed, you'll either have to get the blood herb on other characters or buy it from the market.
