Can you get Leech by dig a shovel more than once?

As mentioned a Shawtay, I'm thinking about: can you get leech more than once?

A leech can be used to tame a Water Buffalo mount. My question is it true you can get it from quests or daily tasks? I don't see any proof so I want to know if this is a known way to get it or just fake:

It can be obtained through swamp digging. Players also reported to have obtained the Leech by doing the new daily tasks. It may be a possible reward of the Venore Daily Tasks Quest or the Goblin Merchant Quest.

Yes you can dig more than once, after digging one you have a chance to dig another one in the next week (even if you already used the first one to tame mount)
