What is the chance of skinning rabbit for rabbit foot?

I want to do Rottin Wood and The Married Men Quest. I know there is a skinning rabbit mission where we need 7 rabbit’s foots for Lucky charms. How long I must skin rabbits to get them? Are there any statistics for it when succes or not? Can I collect more if I’d like to repeat the mission in the future?

Sometimes it happens that skinning succeeds and you get one foot, sometimes two and sometimes none. Cooldown is 10 seconds after killing a rabbit. If yo skinning successfully and get 8 foots, and you only need 7 you can leave them for the next time. They don't disappear and npc won't take them.

Also, if you attempt to skin a Rabbit within 10 seconds of killing it, you will get the message "You have to wait a bit before you can skin this animal.", and when you gather enough rabbit's feet and have killed a certain amount of rabbits you will get the message "It looks like you have skinned enough rabbits for today."

for where certainty? I remember I got 8 foots. for sure. I think you can also do more,  I think you can successfully skinning 7 times, and if you were lucky every time you could get up to 14. If you think I'm wrong, check it first
