Is it possible to obtain a second Soothe Bloom, from Oramond Quest?

I got a Soothe Bloom, from the Oramond Quest, and I would love to put them in my house, is possible to get it again?, because I have to give it to the NPC for complete the quest.

Yes, it's possible to get the next one Soothe Bloom.  If you lose your flower, you can get another from NPC Azalea. You have to ask her this way:  hi> lost> yes. Remember!  If You want to use these flowers as decorations: you can't complete the quest, and you can't have them in your backpack (then the NPC will say you have a flower and you will not get another)

cooldown in which you can get the flower is 2 hours.

I just checked this info and after one hour NPC Azalea answered:
Azalea: It takes time to grow them, friend. They are fragile creatures. Come back later, I will see what I can do.

Obtaining second Soothe Bloom was possible after 2 hours.
