In which cities can I find Libraries?

I am curious if we can find library in every city? I was looking today for one in Darashia and I couldn't find it. I don't know if I missed some buildings or there is no library in the city.

Can you list all places where I can find library. Would be nice if someone could add a mark on the map where is it exactly.
