How long does it take to get the black and white raven from the bewitched event?

I'm wondering if you can acumulate points over the years, which is the fastest way to do it? is there any tips I can follow?

It depends on the ingredients, not entirely on the popularity of the server and the players involved. Last year I didn't have any points, and I made White Raven easy and some extra points for next year, despite the fact that the boiler on my server filled up in 15 seconds [antica]. 

• A good way is to set the ingredients on hotkeys (this method don't  works now, it's probably fixed)
• Prepare the ingredients in advance when they are cheaper (depending on the server but a minimum of 50 each) or collect them yourself.
• try to regularly visit the event so as to do as much as possible every change of ingredient

Setting the items on hotkey does not provide any help, first of all there is no 'use with crosshair' option & secondly you don't use the items on the cauldron, you use the cauldron on the items.

You have to collect 1000 favour points for each raven.

Wood

You can  use dry pieces of wood  to receive extra favour points. You can loot dry pieces of wood from Bane Lord  and Bane Bringer  . Note that these pieces must be used on the slide of the cauldron. 

Ingredients

Ingredients are shown in a room before you get to the cauldron's area. The ingredients you need are chosen randomly (except for the first, which is always Lump of Dirt on all servers) and can be repeated. The cauldron needs 200 of the needed item every phase.

Bewitched starts from 21.06 to 25.06. In my opinion you can obtain one raven by your activity in this event. I think it is also possible to obtain the second one raven but you have to buy dry pieces of wood from other players from extra points.

Obviously it depends on the ingredient because as it has been already mentioned before, the points for the ingredient vary from 1 to 15 but at the same time I think that it is very significant on what server you play. On Peloria, throughout the years, the cauldron was full after 10-15 seconds and there were 20-30 people waiting for each of the announced waves of the Bane Bringers, not to mention people waiting there for the random waves too. And I imagine on servers with an even higher population, it can get even worse.

So taking all that into consideration the tips are:

• always buy the ingredients much earlier, throughout the year and the same goes for the dry pieces of wood! you can try to put some offers on the market or on the Trade 
• During the event try to stay near the cauldron all the time (if possible) and wait for the randomly spawning waves, a lot of people miss them
• Be sure to stay near the cauldron with your bp full of ingredients when the time of the next ingredient change comes
• Try to buy the dry pieces of wood on the side of the event! Some people camp the site just to make a little profit and sell it to the achiev hunters/ people interested in doing the White Raven , sometimes they really do sell it at a very decent price
