What happens if a Guild Leader is deleted?

On a guild, what happens if for some reason the Guild Leader is permanently banned from Tibia?

When it happens, all vice leaders will need to vote in order to elect a new guild leader. The votes should be directed to other vice leaders. If no one gets voted by anyone, the guild will be disbanded. If the deletion is revoked (when for example, the Leaders gives up on deleting the character), the election will be cancelled.
